Join us for a lovely day out on the slopes of the Simonsberg Mountain to explore and celebrate nature, wine, food, beauty and creativity! While Stellenbosch is best known for its wine and 300-year old history, it certainly doesn’t disappoint when it comes to its art. The WINELANDS ART: SIPS & SIGHTS day tours give visitors the opportunity to explore a few of the scenic wine farms around Stellenbosch, taste extraordinary wines and discover firsthand the best spots for a day of culture and beauty. These gems include public and private art collections in art galleries, sculpture gardens, museums and art studios. There is the opportunity to meet some of the artists face to face, to view their workspace and see them at work in their studios. The art is a complement to the top-notch wines from the area, which will be tasted on various occasions through the course of the day. A relaxing lunch with spectacular views is included – as well as safe transport and informed art curators to guide us through the different venues.
